E-cigarettes and the Media

People love e-cigarettes. Famous folks love e-cigarettes. Everywhere these days, electronic alternatives are being used proudly in public view! Some very famous celebrity types have been seen vaping over the years, and it has certainly solidified the movement.

If you thumb through a celebrity magazine, watch celeb news on TV, or happen upon any kind of “What’s Happening in Hollywood” type website, you will surely see e-cigarettes being flashed like the hottest accessories around.

The association is simple; Hollywood has always loved cigarettes; and now they love electronic cigarettes. The reasons they have fully embraced the vapor trend is because simply, it lets them have their cake and eat it too. Electronic cigs give all the pleasure, and a very similar experience as they are used without the tobacco, smoke, and tar. Anyone who has smoked knows the feeling well, and having something to take its place entirely is very much worth a chance in using. E-cigs have turned out to be so enjoyable, thousands upon thousands of smokers have switched, celebs included, and have not looked back!

Hollywood is a vain crowd, and so much of their professional lives comes down to their appearance, whether you agree with it or not. Cigarettes, being the toxin-filled, carcinogenic beauty-killers they are, do not help the cause by any means. From staining the teeth to staining the skin; tarnishing the complexion and removing the luster from your hair; and the most dreaded of all, contributing to fine lines and wrinkles; effects that are all less than desirable, and very dangerous when you’re being paid to look as good and as young as possible. Vapor, at the least, allows users to avoid the trouble and stress that come with smoke.

Among those who call electronic cigarettes their vice of choice are Leonardo DiCaprio, Katherine Heigl, JWOW, Trace Cyrus, Charlie Sheen, Lindsay Lohan, Jeremy Piven, Olivia Munn and her boyfriend Joel Kinnaman, Harrison Ford, Robert Pattinson, Dennis Quaid, Kate Moss, Jenny McCarthy, and Simon Cowell. That’s a lot of star power in one sentence; if thousands of normal people are in on it, and that much of Hollywood is flaunting their electronic smokes, it says a lot!
